Return Policy

At LYF, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality plant-based nutritional products. We understand that sometimes, things don’t work out. Here is our returns policy to ensure a smooth process for returns.

Return Eligibility

• We accept returns of our plant-based protein powders on the condition that they are unopened and in their original packaging. Opened food products are ineligible for refund.

• Products must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund.

• Original receipt that was included in the initial shipment must be included in the return packaging.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your product back to us.

3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include any accompanying accessories or materials.

4. Send the product to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


• Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.

• Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and for your bank to post the refund to your account.


• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement.

• For exchanges, the same return eligibility applies. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
